  • Build community with others also integrating mindfulness skills

  • Take away specific tools for managing classrooms, board rooms, and family rooms more mindfully.

*PLUS: Stay on track with weekly webinars between retreats and stay connected through a participant website with regularly-updated content for maintaining your skills.
