It’s no surprise that stress levels rise during the month of December. Sometimes the stressors of this time of year can make finding holiday joy more challenging – particularly this year with a global pandemic, racial injustice and record unemployment.
We put together a list of some of our favorite strategies that can be helpful when our day to day lives seem a bit out of our control. You could even print and cut them out and put them around your home as reminders to take a moment, slow down, and take it all in. Try picking one strategy each day to become more resilient.
While we all may need the extra reminder during the busy holiday season, these tips can also be helpful any day throughout the year.
