In this 10 month program, you will...

Learn multiple practices for ongoing self-care and wellness.
Understand the science behind these practices.
Take away specific tools for mindfully managing all aspects of your life.
These 2-hour sessions will focus on self-care and resilience, as well as how to apply your skills in the classroom.
Each Zoom session will include:
